Host Farmers:
Chris Eastman & Charlie Andrews, Hammock Hollow Farm, Hawthorne, FL
Guest Chef:  Kenny Gilbert, Gilbert's Underground Kitchen & Gilbert's Social, Fernandina Beach, FL

Chef Kenny and Farmer Charlie. Top Chef fan fave Kenny Gilbert gets what he needs from his favorite farmer, Charlie Andrews. Kenny likes to mix it up -- a little down-home southern, a little Caribbean, maybe a little alligator. Between chef and farmer, a feast is found, and we’ll set the table in the middle of it all. Charlie has supplied restaurant kitchens from Jacksonville to Orlando with fresh local produce since 1985. We’ll celebrate this longelicious history of Florida fresh.
