The Taste of Amelia Island offers guests the opportunity to sample cuisine from the island’s best Chefs, while enjoying a selection of fine wines from a variety of distributors.
The event includes a live Chef demo during the cocktail hour, live music, a 50/50 raffle, and a Best Dish of the Taste award voted on by attendees and announced that evening on the main stage.

Charlie has supplied restaurant kitchens from Jacksonville to Orlando with fresh local produce since 1985. We’ll celebrate this longelicious history of Florida fresh.
The “Hired Guns” series of dining events is a creative collaboration with inventive chefs from around the nation. For two days each, these “Hired Guns” will showcase their signature flavors and personalities in Gunshow’s open kitchen, creating dishes to serve alongside the restaurant’s weekly featured items and sharing their own stories with guests.

Set in a historic factory, Manhattan’s Chelsea Market is now home to some of the city's finest epicurean shops and restaurants. For our eighth annual Friends of James Beard Benefit, we're bringing together a formidable group of chefs to prepare a convivial family-style feast, which will be served in the market’s main hall.
Sunday Supper at Chelsea Market, a Friends of James Beard Benefit, raises funds for the James Beard Foundation and The Jamestown Charitable Foundation, both not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations focusing on initiatives for culinary education.
